Belgium's B2B e-invoicing mandate lands in 2026 and ViDA follows across the Union. Every mandate arrives the same way: as a format change inside the same ERP. Kratarchos Trading publishes the modules that absorb those changes, and sources the licences and cloud subscriptions the rest of the estate runs on.

- Payment Format Factory: Bank and payment file formats delivered to specification: pain.001 and pain.008, CODA and MT940. You supply the bank's specification, we deliver a tested ER configuration within an agreed number of days.

- Do we need to be on Dynamics 365? The modules are built for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, so for those the answer is yes. If you run a different ERP, the sourcing and deployment services still apply.
